So what do you have to do?

1. Contact us to sign up for an account
2. Load your products
3. Create the Bawte artwork
4. Connect

Can't we do this ourselves?

Kinda, sorta, but not really...Take a look why.

Why would brands want to work with Bawte?

Connect with your customers

By signing up, you give your customers a way to connect with you like never before.  This connection is not just a ‘Like’ on Facebook or a ‘Follow’ on Twitter; it is an opportunity to get a better understanding of who is actually buying your products.

Simplify registration

If your brands have products that use product registration cards, you can simply add the Bawte art to that card or create a new piece of marketing to allow easy, one-touch product registration.  Bawte connects with social accounts like Facebook, Twitter, Google +…which already have a user's info that is needed to register the product, making registration a snap.  And get ready for your customers to talk about your brand via those same social media channels.

Warranty and Instructions

We all know it’s nearly impossible to keep track of all the warranty and instruction manuals for all the products we buy.  That’s why you now have them on your websites. Make it even easier for your customers to find that info.  After tagging your product, your customers can click on that product in their Bawte account to access the info you already have available out on the web.  Bawte just makes it soooo much easier.

Customer service

When a consumer tags a product with Bawte, we create this cool product page for them.  Down the road, if they have a question about or a problem with the product, with one touch they can reach you via Facebook, Twitter, email or even phone (after all, these smartphones are phones too).  You can also connect how-to videos to your products for self-service help.  With Bawte’s built-in tips, customers can connect with other customers and see tips about working with your products.

Give them more reasons to love your brand

We built Bawte (that’s a tongue twister) to allow you to create more brand equity with your customers.  Our platform is designed to allow you reward your customers with rebates, sweepstakes, contests, offers… really anything your creative minds can think of.  The more you can offer your customer, the more likely they are to make a repeat purchase, which can only improve your relationship.  To learn more about working with Bawte, click here.

Get a little love back

Your customers love your brand…they really do.  When your customers buy your products they are buying more than the goods you offer.  They are buying into what you brand means to them.  Maybe everyone isn’t your customer (yet), but for those who are, let them give you a little love through their social media accounts.  Bawte can connect to customer’s social media accounts like Facebook, Twitter, and Google +.  By connecting to these social media channels your customers can share their purchase and your products with their friends with a single tap of a button. And (this is a big AND) when you are signed up with Bawte, your brand gets tagged within that customer’s mention. What does this mean to you?  Well, your customers have become your own little PR department, generating organic content that gets integrated into your Twitter feed, Facebook page, etc.  Now that is sweet!

OK, let’s do this thing!

Tips to get tags

  • Promote the tag.  Use the real estate available to you.  This means using your packaging, product and materials to let your customer know about Bawte.  The more visible it is the better.
  • Leverage Bawte across multiple product categories.  Bawte users will want to scan all the products they buy from your brand to show you that love.  If one category does not give them the same experience as the others, you will likely hear about it.
  • Show your customers a little love.  This could range from a quick thank you to free products or dollars off future purchases.
  • Don’t bombard your customers with junk.  They love you, but targeting their wants is different from dumping a truckload worth of offers on them.  Make sure you use the info about your customers to give them things they will like and use.  Understanding your customer and what they like allows you to send less, but more targeted offers.
